These modular aviation systems are designed to provide rapid solutions for the landing, take-off and recovery of aircraft.

Another well-developed system enables critical parts of airfields to be repaired in order for flying operations to be resumed following an enemy attack. The mats are deployed following the temporary repair of selected craters. Fairing panels connected to the mats to allow smooth access to, and departure from the mat.

Another product in use is a rapidly deployable expedient runway for longer term temporary installations. Developed for the Royal Air Force, ALM is NATO palletised as a complete contingency airstrip, upon which any aircraft can land. An experienced team can deploy the airstrip in less than 24 hours.

Continuing the aviation theme this is a rapidly deployable helipad, utilising aluminium mats, which are available in various sizes. It provides a solid foundation for helicopter landing and forward operating service work and is head resistant for jet helicopters and is available NATO palletised for rapid deployment.
